Notes · Tasks · Calendar · for ADHD brains
BlumaSpace keeps your notes, tasks and calendar in one place - so a thought and the thing to do about it never drift apart.
A full month of Premium turns on the moment you sign in. No card, no countdown.
The day view
Your meetings live in one app. Your to-dos in another. Your focus timer in a third - if you remember to open it. We put all three on a single day, so you can see what’s real, block time for it, and just begin.
Drag onto the timeline to schedule.
Your Google Calendar events land right on the day, coloured by calendar.
Drag any to-do from the side onto the timeline to give it a real slot.
Start a Pomodoro on a task from the dock - one timer, running across the app.
A red line tracks the moment, so you always know where you are in the day.
Switch the lens whenever you need to - the same events and tasks follow.
Open any event to find the note you wrote and the prep tasks linked to it.
On the notes side
We almost shipped just the basics - a markdown box and a save button. Then we kept using it ourselves, noticing what was missing, and adding it.
What came out is the editor we wanted all along. Here’s the real thing: wikilinks, a slash menu, pastel highlights - and the tasks you spun off, sitting right beside the words that started them.
Short feedback loops, soft defaults, and no shame on the empty state. Full thread in Launch post draft.
The empty screen should never make you feel behind - it should feel like a fresh page.
Draft the three principles

Type [[ and pick a note. Click to jump.
Type / for headings, lists, quotes, code.
Colour-code without making a circus.
Underline for when bold is too loud. ⌘U.
⌘F cycles matches; Esc puts it away.
Ticks up in the toolbar as you type.
Meetings used to live in a tab we’d forget to open. Now they sit beside today’s tasks, with the prep we did for them already attached.
Events are their own thing - real start and end times, multi-day spans, the whole bit. Each one carries the note you wrote in it and the prep tasks you ran ahead of it. Open the meeting, find everything else.
A month grid beside your tasks, with dots on the days that have something on them. Click any day to rebind the page.
Start at, end at, all-day, multi-day. Multi-day events label themselves ‘day 2 of 3’ so you always know where you are.
Link tasks to an event. Open the event later and the prep is right there with it, ready to check off.
Create a note straight from an event. One click to open it from the calendar; one click back to the event from the note.
You open a tab to look something up. By the time it loads, you’ve forgotten why. Five more tabs trying to remember. A Notion page to track the tabs. A task app on top of that. Somewhere along the way, you lose the thread.
BlumaSpace exists because we kept losing it too. So we made one place to keep it all. Notes here. Tasks here. The link between them, here too. One tab. The shape your brain wants, without the setup work.
It's what we wished existed.
We use it every day.
- the team behind BlumaSpace
We refuse to make you switch apps to connect a thought to a to-do. Notes, tasks and time share one home - and we keep them there on purpose.
An app should earn its structure, not demand it up front. Start on a blank line. Add projects the day you actually miss them, not before.
We will never turn a calendar against you. Miss a day or a month - nothing breaks, nothing nags, and we're still glad you're back.
On your home screen
No app store, no queue, nothing to update by hand. BlumaSpace installs straight from your browser - same icon, same login, and it quietly keeps itself current. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen, like any other app.
Open bluma.space on the device you want it on, sign in once, then follow the three steps. Same account, now a tap from your lock screen.
We’d rather say it up front. ADHD brains can smell BS and we won’t pretend.
No real-time collab
One brain per workspace, for now. Sharing is in the works.
No AI on purpose.
A notes app doesn’t need AI to be good. The ones that bolt it on charge more and get in the way. Your thoughts, your words.
No streaks, no nudges
No counter to protect, no badge to chase. Overdue items just wait quietly in Today until you want them - that’s the whole system.
We’d rather name the gaps than pretend they aren’t there. If you got this far, you’re probably the kind of person we made this for.
Pricing
But everyone starts the same way: a full month of Premium, free, on every new account. No card, no countdown - then it’s your call.
Free is the whole productivity app - notes, tasks, projects, Pomodoro. Premium is the home base on top: integrations and the dashboard your morning actually wants.
The whole productivity app, free forever. Your first month opens with Premium on top - no card.
Your first month is free on every new account - this price only starts if you choose to keep it.
“Your morning glance, in one tab.”
Your morning ritual lives here. Habits, supplements, weather, what's next, recent notes - all on one screen, every time you open a tab. Stop scanning five apps to know what kind of day it is.
Track routines without streak shame. Miss Tuesday? It's still there Wednesday - no broken chain, no guilt trip, no fanfare. Just a quiet pattern of what you actually do.
Morning slot. Evening slot. A daily check-off that doesn't yell at you. For the days you can't remember which pill you already took (you know the ones).
The small ritual of knowing what kind of day it is, without opening a weather app. Your dashboard, your location, your forecast.
Pipe your Google Calendar (and any iCal feed) into Today and Upcoming. See the meeting and the prep beside each other - no app-switching to plan a morning.
Five works for some heads. Twenty works for others. Premium removes the cap entirely - bring every context in without trimming yourself down to fit.
Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays. Every third Tuesday. Whatever shape your real life has, not just what the popover offers up front.
Gumroad covers VAT and sales tax in 100+ countries - no surprise charges at checkout.
Your card never touches our servers. Same PCI-grade checkout used by 100k+ indie creators.
From your Gumroad receipt. No email back-and-forth, no retention loop.
No card. No countdown.
Continue for €7/mo later - only if you want to.
Both tiers get every update to notes, tasks, focus, and the rest of the core app. Premium is a home base on top - not a paywall around daily work.
If you’ve been switching between apps and losing focus in the gaps, give it a real month - everything included, no card, no countdown. Free is still here either way.
